Spike Protein Cocktail

1 packet Emergen-C – Costco or Amazon
1 packet Liquid I.V – Costco or Amazon
1/2 teaspoon Beetroot – Costco or Amazon
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric – Costco or Amazon
1/2 teaspoon Chlorella – Amazon

Put in shaker bottle. Drink one Spike Cocktail a day.  If you go out around people. Drink one Spike Cocktail – before and/or after exposure
